                GET FIT AND FEEL GREAT

I THINK EVERY AGE COMES WITH ITS OWN SET OF CHALLENGES AND SURPRISES.SO WE SHOULD BE READY FOR ACCEPTING  ALL THESE CHALLENGES  AND LIVE HAPPILY WITH FUTURE SURPRISES.

Today I am writing  blog on Health because....i saw daily....so many old peoples/Senior citizens are lives around me and in my city/country/world.whenever i watch them..i feel that one day....came.when i'll be also..become like them.But...i want to be fit..in my 60's and 80's....well...i think  that 40's,50's 60's and all....are ages but they are numbers......and i don't believe in number.....cos....my maths is really poor...and i hate numbers...only in mathematics.....not in money..and accounts.... :-).......well.... i just want to live my old days...just..like i'm living and enjoying my life right now....full of fun...and take little bit tension...........

So if you wanna...live your old day..like your present day......i mean....you want to look like always young......in your 60's also....then you should be fit and fine.........prepared for the health challenges...will occur.....just after 30's. There are some logic...and my thinking which can help you in your all ages. Here are some Mantra's to keep you fit and fine :-

1.PREVENTION OF YOUR BODY
Its the things about Exercise, its not just what its does to your body but also to your mind.Exercise is kind of Art,Practices which Fresh the body and circulate the blood to your mind so you can think Fresh and Feel Active

"I think that a Healthy body is one that is made to work and is strong"                                           - Praveen Ranjan Maurya

2. EAT RIGHT
Eating a right food is an important part of being fit."My Mantra" is pretty simple; when i need to be a certain Health,I exercise and don't eat much foods that are fattening. In fact, its not a ROCKET SCIENCE really.
Everyone have the ability to adopt this if he/she want to.
I Avoid fried and processed foods, sweet indulges and excessive carbs. But.But for soups, plenty of vegetables, complex Carbs, proteins, and fruits Get the Thumbs UP.As far as hydration goes one cant stress on that enough.Even 20 minutes of Cardiac/Dance/Aerobics/bodybuilding make you lose plenty of fluids from your body.

Not to worry just keep sipping of water or Nimbu Pani(Lemon Juice) Before and after a workout.

Now My last suggestion to all of my beloved Blog reader........"EAT RIGHT AND SLEEP TIGHT"

THANK YOU & GOD BLESS

INTRODUCTION

hey, I am praveen...wanna know more about me.......this is my link..

THIS IS LIFE

To laugh often and love much; to win the respect of intelligent persons and the affection of children; to earn the approbation of honest citizens and endure the betrayal of false friends; to appreciate beauty; to find the best in others; to give of one’s self; to leave the world a bit better, whether by a healthy child, a garden patch or a redeemed social condition; to have played and laughed with enthusiasm and sung with exultation; to know even one life has breathed easier because you have lived—this is to have succeeded

I know....my life is...different from others..but...i have still some hope..that..one day..my life become.....full of fun...and no....sorrow........

i think that when you have hope you can do anything in this world.....even you can change this world.........so...live with hope...and never stop dreaming.....it will helps...you...to...live your whole life.....

10 things.....to be Grateful For...happiness..

In light of the holiday season I’ve been thinking about the unfortunate stories that exist on a daily basis. Stories that we merely just scan in the news or stories that we don’t even hear about. Whether it’s about unexpected death, unexpected illnesses, heart break, a loss of a home or other detrimental experiences. How often do we pause to appreciate what is great about our lives? Not very often, right? I’ve concocted a list of 10 things that we should be grateful for. Not just once a year, but every single day. -

1. Family:-

Even if you’re close or not, family is family. Appreciate them and embrace them because you never know when it might be too late.Try to keep enjoying....with family whenever you are free from tasks.....

2.Friends:-

Having a great set of friends can put you in a wonderful mood. They make life a little better and make experiences a little sweeter. Don’t forget to tell them once in a while what they mean to you.

3.Good Health:

Health is the most important thing, and yet we often take our good health for granted. Even if you’re not in perfect health at the moment, it is possible to be grateful for what you do have.

4. Great Food:

Food on the table is a basic human need and if you’ve never starved – easy to take for granted. I’m not saying you have to be grateful for food just because you have it and others don’t (although you should seriously consider it).

5. Smiles and Laughter: Let’s be grateful for smiles and laughter together! Smiles from a stranger, a loved one or in a photo. After all, it’s contagious isn’t it? Be grateful for the smiles others gift you with, and be grateful for your own ability to smile and spread love and happiness.
6. Education: If you’re fortunate enough to receive a good education, this is something you can be grateful for. How about thanking your teachers and professors, your parents if they pay for your college or be grateful for your own intelligence and ability to learn.
7. Time: Free time, an open calendar, time off, fun times – be grateful for the time you have to do what you love. Even if you are super-busy, do you have the time of your life? Add it to your grateful list for an instant positive mood-booster.
8. Memories: If you’re lacking of things in your present to be grateful for (look harder, dear!), look to your past, but focus on the present. Pay attention to good memories that make you smile!
9. Love: Love in any form – just the thought of it will make you smile. I think there’s nothing in the world that makes me more grateful than the love I’m feeling from the people around me, and the love I’m giving in return.
10. Life: So easy to overlook, but so so fundamental. Be grateful for being alive! http://facebook.com/prmaurya
