- WAKE-UP EARLY BEFORE SUNRISING..AND TRY TO SLEEP...AFTER HALF AND HOUR OF WALK IN NIGHT.
- IN EARLY MORNING TRY TO DRINK MORE THAN 5 GLASSES OF WATER.IT HELPS YOU TO KEEP YOUR STOMACH CLEAR......AND YOU FEEL ACTIVE ALL DAY BECAUSE........IT ALSO GIVE A NEW FRESHNESS TO YOUR MIND......
